This page explains what information Instasupport may collect, how Addora operates the publication, and how limited data may move through hosting, analytics, and communication tooling.

If you email or contact the publisher through the site, the details you send may be retained to answer and manage that request.
Hosting, analytics, and performance tooling may collect limited technical usage data to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
Instasupport is a publication and resource hub, not a consumer app with logins, payments, or persistent user profiles.
This policy applies to information collected through the Instasupport website, including visits to guides, comparison pages, templates, benchmarks, resources, and interactive tools published on the site.
Instasupport is published and operated by Addora. This policy does not govern external websites, third-party apps, software products, or services that may be linked from the site and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Addora may collect information you choose to provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, store details, or the content of a message if you contact the site, ask for help, submit feedback, or use a form or tool that accepts user input.
Standard technical data may also be collected automatically through hosting, analytics, and performance tooling. That can include IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device details, referring page, timestamps, pages viewed, interaction events, and diagnostic performance telemetry.
Instasupport runs on infrastructure that may process server logs and technical usage data as part of delivering the site. The current setup also uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, and reliability.
The site may use cookies or similar technologies for core functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring. Browser controls and privacy tools may let you limit or block some of that behavior, though certain pages or embedded features may not behave the same way if you do.
Addora does not sell personal information as part of operating Instasupport. Information may be shared with hosting, analytics, communications, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to run the site, answer requests, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, operational, or recordkeeping reasons. Aggregated or de-identified analytics data may be retained longer.

Instasupport is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. The site is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated from time to time as the site, tooling, or legal obligations change. Material updates should be reflected here with a revised effective date.
