About

A technical Shopify studio for complex commerce operations

InstaSupport Commerce builds custom apps, storefront functionality, integrations, and fulfillment systems. Our public resource library documents the engineering and operating decisions behind that work.

What we do

We work on the parts of Shopify that need real engineering: custom apps, theme functionality, Shopify Functions, integrations, fulfillment logic, and operational tooling.

The best fit is a merchant with a workflow that standard apps cannot express cleanly: preorder and ship-later operations, custom fulfillment rules, app conflicts, B2B flows, or internal tools that need owned data and reliable automation.

Addora B.V. operates InstaSupport Commerce and also builds Addora, a production Shopify app for paid order holds, deferred shipping, and order consolidation.

Solve the operating problem

We start from order state, staff workflow, failure modes, and commercial constraints before choosing technology.

Build with accountability

The people who scope the work remain involved through architecture, implementation, QA, and launch.

Document the reasoning

Our public guides show how we think about Shopify constraints, tradeoffs, and production reliability.

How guides, templates, benchmarks, and comparisons are handled

Guides are written to help merchants work through a topic end to end. Benchmark pages add context around common store metrics. Templates turn recurring support and policy work into reusable starting points. Comparison pages are meant to help merchants narrow down software options based on fit, workflow, and operational tradeoffs.

When a page depends on methodology, sourcing, or evaluation criteria, that should be visible in the page itself, not hidden elsewhere.

Correction requests, publisher questions, and business inquiries should go through the contact page.
